We’ve been having these little guys for as long as I can remember. They’re simple, tasty and so, so cute!
Start by blending two packages of Stove Top Stuffing. (This recipe makes about 10 patties. You can adjust the ingredients to fit your size of family.)
After the stuffing has been blended, pour it into a dish.
Mix 3 eggs and about 1/2 C. of milk together in a separate dish.
In a separate dish combine ground beef with two eggs and 1/4-1/2 C. of the blended stuffing.
I like to line my dishes up in a line.
Take about a 1/4 lb. of the meat mixture and shape it into a heart.
Dip the heart into the egg mixture and then into the stuffing mixture. I like to prepare the patties ahead of time so I put them in a casserole dish or cookie sheet until dinner time.
Heat a griddle or frying pan to med-high heat. Cook until done all the way through. About 2-3 mins. on each side but time will vary depending on your griddle/pan.
We like to eat ours with mashed potatoes and Country Gravy but feel free to serve with your family’s favorite sides.
