These can be warmed in the microwave individually for an after-school snack or baked in a casserole dish for a quick, easy and delicious dinner option.
- 8 Cans Refried Beans
- 2 Cups Salsa
- 8-10 Cups Chicken Shredded
- 8 Cups Cheese Grated
- 50-60 Tortillas The small ones work best.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread a large spoonful down the center of each tortilla and roll tightly. Place in Ziploc bag and freeze.
- Place desired amount of wraps in casserole dish. Top w/enchilada sauce and cheese. Cover w/foil and bake @ 350′ for 35-40 mins. Remove foil and bake until cheese is melted. Or the wraps can be warmed individually in the microwave and eaten as a snack with Ranch or Salsa.
